- We all must act sensibly and calmly, especially when in location 2 (the cemetery) as we need to keep respectful to the public and doing this will also stop accidents caused by messing about. If anything does happen then we must take responsibility for our own actions.
- We will make sure that each of us has a working phone with all of our contact numbers on incase of an emergency. We will also decide on a meeting place for the day so if somebody goes missing, or is in a different location no matter what we will all know where to meet.
- The footware that we will need to use whilst filming may not be suitable for all situations, for example if there is icy weather. We will bring different shoes to wear whilst not filming to ensure safety, and will just film as best as I can in the costume. To make sure that there are no accidents, like tripping over in the shoes we will make sure that nobody is messing around or running about in them as this could cause a broken leg.
- I will make sure that I know how to use all of the equipment properly so that none of it gets broken and there are no injuries caused from it, for example trapping fingures in the tripod.
- We will abide by any rules that are in place where ever we are, and take notice to any signs that have been put in place, for example: trip hazard or live wires. Doing this will minimize any accidents that we have been clearly warned about.

We have visited the locations many times in the past, and in different weather conditions so both myself and the actors are familiar with the area and know the dangers that there are, especially in icy conditions that we may have as it is November. Before I start filming we will go round the locations oce more to ensure they are suitable and do not have any risks with them, for example building works or ice on the ground. Through out the day we will ensure that we all act sensibly and respect where we are and other members of the public.
